Rokardy Rodriguez

Born and trained in Havana, Cuba, Rokardy Rodriguez began his artistic life as a gymnast and ballet dancer before dedicating himself to the circus arts at the prestigious National Circus School of Cuba, where he graduated with distinction in 1984. Even before graduating, Rokardy’s remarkable skill propelled him onto the world stage touring internationally with the Circo Nacional de Cuba as a hand-balancing prodigy, thrilling audiences in Vietnam, France, and Mexico.

In 2002, Rokardy reached the pinnacle of contemporary circus artistry when he was invited to join Cirque du Soleil’s La Nouba at Disney World in Orlando. There he created and originated his signature chair-balancing act, a breathtaking performance that became one of the show’s most unforgettable moments. In this act, Rokardy defies gravity by stacking and balancing everyday objects chairs, books, even a baby carriage into a towering structure while performing perfect hand balances high above the stage, captivating audiences with precision, strength, and artistic nuance.

Over the following decade, Rokardy continued to enchant global audiences in multiple Cirque du Soleil productions, including Viva Elvis, Zarkana, and the touring sensation KURIOS, as well as in celebrated shows such as Circus 1903and Cirque Dreams. His extraordinary presence, technical mastery, and innovation have made him a standout performer in the world’s most prestigious circus companies.

Rokardy’s career spans continents and cultures, with performances across the United States, Canada, Europe, Russia, and China. His artistry has been honored with some of the circus world’s most distinguished awards, including the Prix Spécial du Jury at the International Circus Festival of Massy (France), the Bolshoi Circus Prize in Moscow, and special accolades at major festivals in France and China.

Carlos Rodriguez Larios is the Chief Operational Officer at Viva Talent Group. Born in Spain and raised across Mexico and the United States, Carlos brings a global business operational perspective and structure shaped by an early upbringing in a professional circus environment, an experience that instilled discipline, adaptability, and leadership from a young age.

Carlos served for over seven years as a lighting and sound technician at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, supporting world-class live productions for artists and events including U2, Journey, Coldplay, Rihanna, Ariana Grande, the Latin Grammys, the iHeartRadio Music Festival, and more. This hands-on experience in large-scale, high-pressure environments sharpened his technical expertise, teamwork, problem-solving skills, and deep understanding of live entertainment operations.

In 2020 Carlos joined Las Vegas local workforce development system as a Small Business Account Manager, this experience in workforce development, employer engagement, and small business consulting, Carlos has partnered with Vegas, Latin , Urban and Henderson Chambers of Commerce, government agencies, and private-sector leaders to design and implement workforce initiatives aligned with real-world industry needs. His work focuses on building sustainable talent pipelines that support organizational growth and long-term economic development.

He is recognized for his people-centered leadership style, strategic vision, and commitment to connecting talent with opportunity at scale.
